These Terms govern your use of Zhen AI, a brand of Hangzhou Zhen AI Technology Co., Ltd. (杭州真AI科技有限公司) and operated on its behalf by Eigenstate Research LLC (USA), which contracts with you and is the merchant of record for payments. By creating an account or calling the API you agree to these Terms.
Zhen AI provides a unified API gateway that relays requests to upstream AI providers, and distributes access to frontier language and video models, with usage-based billing.
You must comply with these Terms and with the acceptable-use policies of the upstream provider serving each model you call.
You may not use the service to generate illegal content, infringe others' rights, or attempt to circumvent quotas, rate limits or security controls.
The complete, unrestricted overseas edition of Seedance and similar models are made available only in supported regions outside mainland China, in accordance with local law.
Access to unrestricted-content models requires that you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to view such content in your jurisdiction. Accounts found generating illegal content will be suspended.
Usage is metered per token and charged against your quota or plan. Trial allowances and paid plans are described on our pricing page and in the console.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms, non-payment, or where required to protect the platform or comply with law.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as set out in any applicable enterprise agreement.
